The municipality is characterised by a unique combination of intense industrial activity and a pristine natural environment, featuring diverse recreational areas encompassing scenic lakes, river networks, and extensive forests. The municipality's economy is anchored by an exceptionally strong and resilient industrial core. Despite ongoing nationwide challenges, Zolotonosha maintains the fully uninterrupted operation of 15 powerful, large-scale industrial enterprises. The municipality is recognized as a major national food and beverage processing hub, hosting renowned brands that manufacture globally exported products. These include the prominent "MacCoffee" production facilities, the widely distributed "Malyatko" and "Chystyy Klyuch" water brands, "Cidre Royal" low-alcohol cider breweries, "Yagotynska" dairy processing plants, and major canned agro-processing facilities producing the "Babusyn" range of vegetable and fish preserves.
