Additional peculiarities of the municipality:
The village of Stanyshivka serves as the administrative centre of the Stanyshivska municipality, which is located 9.5 km from the regional capital of Zhytomyr and 145 km from Kyiv. Comprising 21 settlements, the municipality is home to 16,840 residents, with 57.5% of the population being of working age. It boasts a strategic transport and logistics location, intersected by the international highway M-21 and the regional highway R-18. Agricultural land accounts for a significant portion of the territory, with arable land making up 86.2% of this area to provide strong opportunities for crop, livestock, and poultry production. Consequently, the municipality offers attractive investment potential for large-scale agribusiness, food processing, logistics centres, industrial parks, and tourism development projects.
