Novhorod-Siverskyi municipality, located in Chernihiv region, is one of Ukraine’s largest territories, boasting an economy heavily driven by a dominant food-processing sector and extensive natural assets. Forestry and rich agricultural lands cover over 110,000 hectares, fueling successful wood-processing, dairy, and crop investments led by key budget-generating enterprises like the local cheese factory and grain elevators. The municipality possesses a massive mineral and raw material base for the construction industry, including 240 million tons of chalk reserves alongside significant clay, sand, and marl deposits across 16 explored sites. Capitalising on its dense forest resources, industrial readiness, and a profound historical heritage featuring hundreds of cultural and archaeological monuments, the municipality offers a highly favorable, resource-rich environment for international business and investment.
