Kurylivska municipality is a resilient frontline community that has temporarily relocated its operations to Kharkiv due to active hostilities. Despite losing its territory and local budget revenues, the municipality has successfully set up the Kurylivska Hub to provide one-stop social and humanitarian services for over 3,200 internally displaced people. A major achievement is their Non-Formal Education Space, where relocated teachers provide lessons, psychological support, and speech therapy to nearly 500 children. Right now, the municipality urgently needs international help to fund evacuation minibuses, first-aid kits, laptops for remote learning, and rehabilitation programmes for veterans. For donors, this battle-tested local council offers a highly transparent, expert partner in crisis management, eager to cooperate on emergency aid and future recovery projects.
