The Association of Ukrainian Cities in cooperation with the International Republican Institute, with the financial support of USAID, published the Best Practices of Municipalities in Wartime.

The publication contains 54 best practices from municipalities from all over Ukraine on assisting the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, supporting and supplying internally displaced persons, helping the families of Heroes, as well as on successful international cooperation.
Each practice is a small story about unbreakable Ukrainians who demonstrate to the whole world their strength and invincibility, persistence and thirst for victory over the occupier, and Ukraine's desire to become a full member of the European Union.
The experience of the best practices outlined in the publication, edited by Oleksandr Slobozhan, Executive Director of the Association of Ukrainian Cities, PhD in Public Administration, will be useful for other municipalities to implement and to exchange this experience with international partners.
